Travis Prescott
Founder, MBA
Finance, Technology, Process
Travis Prescott is a founder of Blue Water Homecare. He is responsible for finance, technology, human resources and business processes for the company.
Mr. Prescott spent 25 years before Blue Water engineering and managing software solutions for companies ranging in size from tiny startups to Fortune 500 companies. He built systems in the areas of technology, finance, marketing, legal, and operations. These projects ran the gamut of industries including healthcare, entertainment, travel, oil & gas, real estate, online commerce, finance, banking, state & federal government, affiliate marketing, and insurance. Mr. Prescott also owns part of a jazz record label and occasionally still does press for that organization.
Mr. Prescott earned a BBA in Finance from The University of North Texas in 1990 and an MBA from St. Edwards University in 1997 while working full time.
When Mr. Prescott is not serving the stakeholders of Blue Water, he can be found playing bass in various bands or hanging out with his and Jennifer’s four children and a sad-eyed basset hound named Molly.

Denise Salinas
Executive Director, Blue Water Homecare
Denise Salinas is the Executive Director Homecare at Blue Water Homecare. In this role, Ms. Salinas specializes in making sure our Blue Water families get the best care possible.
Ms. Salinas is a Certified Nursing Assistant with over 12 years experience in senior care. She started with Blue Water as a CNA and over the last 3 years has worked in numerous roles resulting in the dynamic growth of the company. Ms. Salinas serves as the official training professional for Blue Water and created the mentor program and Blue Water University that trains the best caregivers in central Texas. The mentor program has resulted in a 60% improvement in the average tenure of the company’s care professionals. In all she does, Ms. Salinas provides exceptional, compassionate care to seniors through training and compassionate leadership.
When not caring for seniors in our community, Denise can be found at her favorite Mexican food restaurant with her husband or relaxing at home with her pet ferret, Gizmo and Chloe the Super-Chihuahua.

Morgan Davis
Director of Clinical Services, Blue Water Hospice
Morgan Davis, RN, MSN is the Director of Clinical Services at Blue Water Hospice, where she brings her extensive experience in hospice care and clinical management to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. With a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Victoria College, Morgan is a registered nurse who has a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

Morgan Davis

Morgan Davis, RN, MSN is the Director of Clinical Services at Blue Water Hospice, where she brings her extensive experience in hospice care and clinical management to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Mary Jensen is a seasoned HR professional who brings a wealth of experience to Blue Water Homecare. Ms. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado. She has built HR departments from the ground up in 3 different organizations and has developed successful recruitment and retention strategies designed to drive workforce engagement to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction during periods of growth and acquisitions. Being a one-person department in three medium sized organizations gave Ms. Jensen specialized expertise in all areas of human resources. Much of her work experience has been in organizations that provide services to the elderly including 17 years at a continuing care retirement facility in Minnesota and experience at an Austin based Home Health and Hospice organization.
Ms. Jensen was born in Texas but grew up in Colorado and has lived in Wyoming, North Carolina and Minnesota before moving back to Texas 6 years ago. Mary is married to her best friend Mark, and has a daughter, Melanie who lives in NYC. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, and hiking in the Colorado mountains.

She earned her degree in Fine Arts at Mississippi State University and has 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a background in family practice management, DME sales, home health and hospice sales, and homecare sales.
Jennifer’s servant heart drew her to the homecare and hospice industry and being able to provide hope and assistance to patients and their loved ones is her passion. She enjoys hosting painting and craft classes at senior living communities and loves to see the joy it brings to others. Jennifer believes painting is therapeutic on many levels – being creative, using fine motor skills and being able to express yourself is rewarding and good brain exercise.
Jennifer moved to Round Rock, Texas in 2006 after having lived in Greece for 10 years. She is also passionate about football, painting, reading, and spending quality time with her two young daughters (whom she hopes will attend Mississippi State University).

Dakota Croxton is the Manager of Caregiver Engagement and Success at Blue Water Homecare. In this role, Dakota specializes in helping caregivers grow their skills in order to provide the best possible care for Blue Water families.
Dakota is a Certified Nursing Assistant with over seven years’ experience in senior care. She started with Blue Water as a Certifed Nursing Assistant and over the last five years has worked in numerous positions, playing an instrumental role in the company’s rapid growth.
Dakota serves as the official caregiver trainer for Blue Water and leads our mentoring program, Blue Water University. During her tenure in these roles, the company has seen both a decrease in customer complaints and a 20% improvement in client surveys. Above all, Dakota is known for her grace-filled leadership and ability to engage caregivers to provide superior customer service and care.
When not caring for seniors in our community, Dakota enjoys spending quality time in her backyard oasis with her husband, son, and adorable dachshund Sir Duke.
