Is there a cost for GUIDE services?

No. GUIDE is a free dementia care Medicare program for anyone who qualifies. There’s no copay, no deductible, and no bill from Blue Water Homecare for GUIDE-covered services. Medicare covers the full cost.

Who qualifies for the GUIDE Program?

You’ll want to check the GUIDE program eligibility requirements with your care team, but in general, you may qualify if you have Original Medicare Parts A and B (not Medicare Advantage), a dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnosis confirmed by a clinician, and you live at home rather than in a nursing home or memory care unit.
